Really good stay on holidays. Reasonably large and fairly quiet units for optimum comfort. A work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and TV — very useful. Perfectly comfortable location in the very nice area, right by the London Bridge and restaurants and most things.

Breakfast horrible.

The rooms are spacious and quiet with a comfortable king bed and a computer, and the attentive staff serve a breakfast that includes hot waffles and eggs.

The staff here are capable, and the location is convenient, especially for trips to the Grand Canyon; also, there's a dining option like McDonald's within a short walk that was a nice touch.

Well, it was a comfortable stay for a quick business trip. The staff was welcoming and exceptional and responsive to requests. Booked a room for optimum comfort. The hotel was in the central setting close to everything. And it was also adjacent to Lake Havasu, most things in Lake Havasu, restaurants...

Staff was very nice

Facility was bad, wet floor by bathroom. Room kinda smell of mildew. The door locks had all been recently changed and we could nver get our key to work. Hotel staff had to let us in every time we left the room

Convenience location and morning breakfast which is included. Ana, at front desk was very nice, polite, and helpful. The staff at restaurant also very good.

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Windsor Beach 🏖️. You'll be happy to know that it's conveniently situated near the softball fields, the iconic London Bridge, plenty of restaurants, and the bustling downtown area.

Found your hotel the one of the best QI's we have stayed in, your p.m. manager was especially efficient although too business like, but runs a "tight ship:, great. The bkfst was fantastic. We, and another couple with us, definetly would stay there again

only complaint could have been the sticky doors, had to kick both the doors we and friends were in to get them open. Hard to stop and do that when have luggage.
